All meetings are held at the chapter hangar (#57) on the south end of the field unless otherwise noted. The VMC Club occasionally meets in the FBO lobby during the coldest winter months. Changes to meeting times/location and special events are listed on the home page.

B-17 Ground Operations
Chapter 563 has hosted EAA's B-17 thrice, aiding ground ops coordination at Peoria Airport.
Lifeline Pilots Plane Fun Day
The chapter has set up a small interactive booth to promote the Zenith Cruzer Youth build to youth at the Plane Fun Day for several years. It includes some hands-on activities such as using cleco pliers, rivet guns, and drills for aluminum metal work. Parts from the project, such as the wing or smaller assemblies, have been put on display, with builders and mentors sharing their experiences with interested attendants.
